​Hello, I'm Anne-Marie, Director and Head of People at LHi Group.

I look after all things ‘people’ for LHi and SciPro. Responsible for internal growth and people development across all brands and geographical locations, I have a strong reputation within the industry and internally at LHi and SciPro for my ability to identify and secure talent as well as drive and support individuals through their recruitment careers.

I joined the business in 2012 and since then have built a strong and successful Global Internal Recruitment team, robust HR function and recognised training and development plan.

I spent my younger years working in my father's racing stable in Far North Queensland, where my pet goat and I would lead our horses round the track for their morning workout!
