​Hey y’all!! My name is Erica and I am Senior Consultant at our Santa Monica location!

I have 3+ years recruitment experience, solely within the life sciences market and am absolutely loving it! I have worked with several SME’s and Clinical Leaders in their supporting their hiring needs, as well as, finding their next dream job.

I was bought in to lead and develop our brand across the West Coast. We specialise within the Biotech and Pharmaceutical market’s and work with some great innovative organizations to help grow.

I was born & raised in Texas and am obsessed with Southern-style food. I am a music enthusiastic and have travelled the country to see some of my favorite artists / DJs. You can most likely find me on the beach riding on my longboard.
