​I am a hands-on recruiting manager who has specialised in Pharma and Biotech since 2007 and been responsible for supporting the hiring of over 800 professionals across Europe. Since I started in recruitment, I have been lucky enough to be involved in all areas of my client’s life cycle growing businesses that have supported RND, through to clinical and commercialisation utilising interim, contingent and executive search to hire talent. I personally strive for all my consultants to have both true understanding of their client needs but deep market expertise in their area of specialisms resulting in great people driving our client’s goals of supporting patients.
