​My name is Sebastian Gotzler, and I am Senior Consultant and Team Leader at our Munich office.

I have 2+ years of recruitment experience within the life sciences industry. During my time working in this area, I have created a strong Regulatory Affairs network including the best candidates on the one hand and decision-makers all over the DACH-region on the other. This gives me the chance to constantly being able to provide great value to my clients and offer great opportunities for career development to the candidates.

When I joined SciPro my number one goal was to build up the pharmaceuticals and biotech market from scratch and to identify the huge potential working in those markets not only for me but also for the rest of the group.

We have established a great reputation in being niche market experts who partner with start-ups, as well as medium and big pharma companies within the area of Pharmaceuticals and Biotech.

I am an ASICS sponsored Trailrunner, competing in trail races all over Europe and running distances between 30 and 60km including 2000+ meters of elevation gain. Additionally, I like cycling around Bavaria’s great landscape on my road bike.
