​My name is Shayna and I am a Recruitment Consultant in our Manhattan, New York office.

I partner with candidates with advanced degrees in finding their dream job within biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across the East Coast.

My main objective within SciPro is in the preclinical and early development sciences vertical where I aim to match candidates and clients according to niche skill sets, culture fit, and more. I’ve done this with small, mid-sized, and large companies from scientist to VP level.

I chose to work within the life sciences sector because this industry is a people business with the main objective of positively impacting lives. At SciPro I have the opportunity to be a part of an industry that pushes the boundary of possibility and constantly adapts by combining the use of ground-breaking technology and passionate professionals to discover and develop innovative solutions.

In my free time, I love to try new speciality restaurants and food shops in the different boroughs of New York City. When I’m not eating in a restaurant, you can find me trying out every doughnut shop in Manhattan.
