Operation Christmas Child
"The amazing journey of a simple shoebox gift beginswith you"Donate NowSince 1990, Operation Christmas Child, organised by Samaritan's Purse, has been supplying shoebox gifts to those in need around the Christmas period, putting smiles on the faces of young children everywhere. This year, LHi have stepped up to introduce a new tradition to our organisation, introduced and lead by Rebecca Lalonde of our Talent Acquisition team in London, we look to make an impact on the lives of those less fortunate this Christmas by organising individual teams across our London, Bristol and Manchester sales teams and operations department, and preparing and sending shoebox gifts. As the boxes are completed, they are then collected between 11th-18th November before being checked and prepared by thousands of volunteers and are then shipped internationally through a worldwide distribution programme. Samaritan's Purse Volunteers from National Leadership Teams and various partners then distribute the gifts to their assigned communities. LHi Group are excited to be taking a forward approach, dedicating time and resources, based on a new initiative centered around making a real difference to the communities that we work within. Voiced by the people within our international business, we're focussing on giving back and taking the front-seat in driving our people to push charitable activities and support for charitable organisations.
