B2B Sales Lead, United Kingdom (Remote), £80,000-£110,000

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join the team who will be responsible for driving B2B sales and partnerships and working directly alongside the CEO to define this new area of the business.

- Drive sales and partnerships with businesses that need a cutting-edge brain and mental health digital therapeutic solution
- Work directly alongside the CEO and other senior leaders at Mindstep. Define a new area at Mindstep, building and shaping the role and team around you
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads, understanding their goals, needs, and pain points
- Proactively identify and search for opportunities, leveraging your strong network in the above industries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all leads, providing guidance, support, solutions, and regular health-checks
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from start-to-finish, coordinating efforts and resources from other Mindstep teams
- Analyse and report on sales performance and partnerships, using data to continuously improve our approach and results

About you:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the health insurance (most preferred), employee benefits or sports (notably football/American football) sector i.e you have some sold a SaaS product to businesses in one of these industries
- Extremely well networked in one of the above industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues
- Experience in creating and managing sales pipelines, using and managing CRM tools, and analysing sales performance data
- Self-starter mentality - you're excited by a fast growing and evolving start-up environment, and you're willing to adapt to focus on achieving results. You're willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
