What will your tasks as Cluster Lead - LSO CH/AT be?

  • Operations as a Local Safety Officer (LSO):
  • Makes sure that the process for collecting safety reports from all sources (including PTCs) is implemented in Switzerland and Austria.
  • Supervise processes to ensure that they are functioning correctly
  • Evaluation and updating of local SOPs and local annexes to the core SOPs of the DSE affiliate.
  • Local Contact Person for Public Health Authorities (NCPPV).
  • Lead the main contact based on the preparation and CAPA management for audits/inspections in specific countries
  • Conduct/monitor local literature screening, monitor local PV legislation.
  • Implementation of risk management plans (RMPs) and additional risk reduction measures, as well as local implementation of the DHPC
  • Activities as the transnational cluster lead LSO:
  • Communicate with the PV department at the European headquarters and contribute to process improvement at European level.
  • Supports the other cluster leaders at European level
  • Manages and supervises local LSOs at country level and/or LSOs of suppliers in each country to meet the PV requirements in the assigned countries.

Your requirements as "Cluster Lead - LSO CH/AT (m/f/x)"?

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or natural sciences
  • Significant experience in pharmacovigilance
  • Strong knowledge of internationals, European and local PV laws
  • Ability to understand complex matters with a continuous focus on improvement
  • Proactive, autonomous, and reliable working style paired with the ability to work in international matrix teams

  • Consistent attention to details
  • German and English: fluent in spoken and written, Frensch or Italian preferred
