Office Manager and Personal Assistant
Location: Oxford, UK - 5 days a week on-site
Salary: £80/day
An Oxford-based leading medical device company is looking for an experienced Office Manager and Personal Assistant to take on the responsibility of the office environment and support executive members of the senior team, including the CEO. The ideal candidate will begin on a contract basis for ~6 months with the hope of a permanent position with progression.
The Role:
* Directly report to the Human Resources and Operations Managers.
* You will be responsible for all front-of-house duties.
* Welcoming guests and providing support to visitors.
* Maintaining office filing systems, supplies, and purchases.
* Management of and liaising with facility and external vendors, including price negotiations for service providers and office lease.
* Play a key role in managing the company travel provider, including general travel and accommodation booking and organizing the annual company retreat.
* Supporting the Sales and Marketing Coordinator in planning in-house and off-site activities.
* Manage all diary scheduling and HR projects.
* Support and assist with ad hoc projects and tasks.
