Vice President Clinical Trial Management
Competitive Base Salary Depending on Experience + RSU's + Relocation
$285,000 - 350,000
We are currently partnered with a Stable & Growing Mid Size CRO that keeps patients at the forefront of their work. As they've grown from successful partnerships, they are growing their Clinical Trial Management group to continue supporting their trials. With this, they are looking for leaders to join their team with this growth at the Vice President level. Being that there is flat internal structure for communication, but clear growth structure, there is boundless growth for you.
The Vice President will be responsible for:
Leading strategic initiatives for their Therapeutic Area & assigned clinical trials.
Leading the Clinical trial team and motivating staff from Manager through varying director levels.
Ensuring Operational Excellence within group.
Maintaining & improving current client relationships.
Involvement with developing client relationships & strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent (background in life sciences preferred). An advanced degree is preferred.
10+ Years Management level experience within a CRO - CRO experience is required.
Experience leading International CRO Clinical Operations, Trial Management, or Clinical Project Management teams.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience leading strategy of a group/team.
