Key Account Manager, London & South Territory

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Key Account Manager to join the team of one of the fastest growing SaMD companies in Europe. You will be responsible for the most significant accounts within the business and will be stepping into a critical role during a period of rapid expansion. You will be responsible for contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities and be the primary point of contact for the companies most valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts autonomously and collaboratively, fostering growth and nurturing client relationships.
  • Serve as the crucial link between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Execute account management procedures, including CRM updates, sales reporting, and lead follow-ups.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Engage with senior hospital management, presenting and pitching effectively.
  • Foster strong internal relationships and advocate for client needs within the organisation.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and tender responses.
  • Represent the business at industry events and conduct market research.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, analytical, and confident with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in NHS contracting, negotiation, and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and retaining accounts
  • Organised, professional, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
