Financial Controlling Manager (m/f/x) | Baden-Württemberg

In this role you will be responsible for taking on the finance and controlling tasks within the business. Coordinating and managing financial processes. Coordinating and managing financial processes in both Germany and the USA, dealing with digital tools to analyse data and showcase findings. Taking on initial management responsibilities and taking initiative within your team is also a key part of your position here.

Your responsibilities as ´ Financial Controlling Manager (m/f/x) (m/f/x)´?

-You will be responsible for coordinating and managing financial processes in the USA as well as Germany.

- Be in contact with tax advisers for both Germany and USA.

- Introducing digital tools and platform to optimise financial, controlling and reporting.

-The implementation and development of controlling processes, particularly for project controlling.

-The creation and preparation of data and analysis for decision-making within management.

-Preparing and analysing Data using excel, Power BI dashboards, charts and showcasing in presentations.

Your requirements as ´ Financial Controlling Manager (m/f/x)´?

-Experience in US GAAP in international environment (US/Germany)

- Familiar with ERP/accounting software and have excellent Excel skills.

- You have experience in project controlling (the tech, consulting or service industry would be beneficial.)

- German and English

- Experience in data visualisation (BI solutions or Excel)

-Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting.
