This person will lead the following activities as a part of the standard PGS KM program:
Deployment of a standardized site KM framework in line with the overall PGS strategy Implementation and maintenance of KM processes and tools in line with the standardized network strategy
Managing and leveraging lessons learned to enable continuous improvement of the process
Establishment of manufacturing experience capture and sharing processes at the site to secure our intellectual infrastructure and improve operational efficiency
Build strong collaborative relationships with key site influencers such as investigational leads, digital leads etc.
Embedding behaviors as part of the deployment toolbox enabling a KM cultural shift.
Can provide KM leadership on a regional basis if needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
BS, MS or PhD in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering or related science and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical development, manufacturing or technical (technology transfer, process chemistry, process engineering, quality) role with a minimum of 4 years management/leadership experience.
Strong facilitation and/or innovation skills
Excellent technical capabilities including the development of training material and teaching colleagues
Very extensive knowledge of the site’s internal organizational structure
Excellent communication skills
Excellent abilities to influence leadership and line management
Very comfortable leading in a matrixed environment
Understanding of the compliance environment for KM (ICHand QRM)
Excellent project and change management skills
6 Sigma and/or Lean qualification and experience would be beneficial
