Market Access Manager DACH (m/f/d) | Germany / remote | MedTech
In this position, you will support the current Market Access Manager for the DACH region in clearly defined projects regarding the development and execution of market access strategy. This function focuses on the German market but could also provide German input to European or global stakeholder analysis.
Goal of the position is to position the company as a digital leader in the public and among political stakeholders.
What will your tasks as Market Access Manager DACH be?
Build a strong reputation on the market with key stakeholders in the payor and political system
Work closely with the current Market Access Manager on implementing strong market access strategies for Germany
Identify key payor and clinical stakeholders and influencers and develop/maintain strong relationships with identified key people
Work closely with Legal, Medical Affairs and commercial business units on identifying opportunities for health economic studies and analysis
Create new outcome focused therapy pathways and reimbursement models and establish support and collaboration for such models with key stakeholders in Germany
Implementation of planned government affairs strategies in coordination with market access and German CEO
Research to create support materials and provide direct support to local organizations regarding reimbursement strategy, innovation reimbursement or any scheme that would allow efficient and quick market access.

Location: The position can be filled 100% remotely all over Germany
University degree in Health Economics or comparable field
5+ years' experience of working in related areas (e.g. medical, regulatory, market access, key accounting, business development) in a market access related role
Good knowledge in the German Health Care Policy and Legislation and reimbursement systems, financing processes with health insurances
Good sense and analytical skills to anticipate new trends and market opportunities
Very good internal and external communication skills
Very team-orientated in cooperating with internal departments like strategic marketing, finance, controlling)
Excellent personal and intercultural skills paired with the ability to work cross functionally in a multinational organization
Solution and detail-oriented; well-organised and self-motivated
Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
