​This industry leading biopharmaceutical consulting company is partnered with top ranked global biopharmaceutical companies, as well as stealth mode start-ups and small biotechnology organizations to provide modeling solutions that significantly contribute and drive drug development processes. This biopharmaceutical consultancy is renowned for their unique and diversified services that they can offer their partners from clinical pharmacology, mechanistic modeling (QSP, QST, etc), population PK, PKPD, MBMA and other data-driven approaches to drug discovery and development.

Due to an increase in exciting projects, clients, and overall capabilities of their various services, this company is looking to grow significantly in the coming months. To support this growth, they are looking for several research-motivated Sales Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join their team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to network with top industry leaders and apply your scientific curiosity and knowledge to develop and provide solutions to the industry’s next-generation drug products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Expand customer base and attain sales quota with North American pharmaceutical & biotechnology companies by collaborating with scientific staff and conveying complex scientific concepts in the industry

  • Learn and communicate the company’s case studies and various solutions to prospective clients in order to present the best solution and support drug development

  • Attend conferences and trade shows to interact and connect with current or prospective clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry

  • Bridge existing and new relationships with partners to lend toward more comprehensive strategic relationships


Main qualifications:

  • Scientific degree (undergraduate, masters, or PhD) in relevant discipline such as biology, chemistry, biological engineering, etc with a strong capability to understand the drug development process

  • Ability to understand the complexities of the services that can be provided to their clients and effectively communicate this to all types of individuals with differing levels of understanding. This candidate should have the ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of these services and provide solutions

  • Soft skills – Ability to understand, learn, and implement by asking the right questions and being genuinely curious. An ideal candidate will utilize the knowledge that they have from their scientific degree and apply it when describing the solutions that can be provided.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.

  • A self-starter and a hungry mentality
