SciPro are partnering exclusively with the Oxford Digital Health company Oxehealth to help support the amazing growth the company is experiencing in its goal to be able to support more patients and clinicians with its award winning service.

To successfully ensure the roll out of this life saving technology the organisation is looking to hire a senior problem solver, who can understand algorithmic data to analyse system alerts, refine software performance and respond to any customer needs for configuration during the use of the system.

Oxehealth are an award winning health tech company that created the world's first certified medical device to be able to monitor pulse rare and breathing rate contact free. It uses computer vision, signal protection, machine learning and big data analysis within its software platform to be able to alert clinicians, custodians and carers to potential needs for intervention for its patients. This offers huge patient safety benefits and opportunities for even better care.
This is a man management roll overseeing a growing team of configuration engineers who work to ensure optimisation, efficiency and accuracy in the system. You would be responsible for the customer roll out process and ensuring that the workflow processes are streamlined and allow for a quick go live time frame.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the whole Oxehealth Team to influence delivery activities across hardware, systems and customer support.
- Improve quality of information between the delivery teams and the business allowing effective communication of complex technical issues.
- Provide customer feedback on areas of algorithmic product feedback
- Increase the documentation and SOP creation for the configuration processes
- Project Manage multiply operational projects
- Work to implement the new CRM system

This roll will suite an ambitious individual with competencies in leading people who interested in developing a career in operations management within Software Delivery. There will be huge opportunities for development and progression to gain experience across multiple geographies and projects. A background in Professional Services, Project or Programme Management or Sales Engineering would likely ensure you are in a strong position to succeed in this role. The company is looking to pay up to £45'000 plus benefits for the right individual and the opportunity will need the right candidate to be in the office up to 3 days a week so being able to commute to Oxford would be expected.
