This company is headquartered out of the UK but has a flagship location in New York City and this role will report directly into the Head of the US site.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a smooth running laboratory and positive environment. 
  • Managing stock levels, inventory, and procurement to guarantee sufficient supplies for experiments. 
  • Coordinating with internal and external partnerships and vendors. • Establishing and enforcing laboratory safety protocols. 
  • Training and onboarding for new lab personnel. 
  • Supervising sample handling and management. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive managing laboratory operations and overall efficiency. 
  • Strong background in sample management and sample operations/coordination. 
  • Exceptional organizational abilities for efficient task coordination and prioritization and strong communication/soft skills. 
  • Previous experience with or interest in start-up company culture.
