SciPro have partnered with a well-established, global pharmaceutical company who are on the brink of a new product launch. The company are looking for an experienced Market Access Director to join their Spanish affiliate, to drive the business forward, leading a team of Regional Access Managers and drive their cultural transformation in line with corporate strategy.
In the role, you will manage interactions and relationship development of the company with various institutions across the healthcare sector. You will lead on the definition of the market access strategy, price negotiations and reimbursement for new products and new indications.
- Responsible for the design of the Commercial Plan at the Hospital and Market Access level
- Identifying innovative ways to establish key relationships with Health Institutions as well as in the access of products to the National pharmaceutical market
- Build an economic value proposition to gain greater access to the product
