SciPro is partnered with a leading public biotechnology company based in the Bay Area. With about 200 employees focused on early-stage clinical oncology research, currently conducting 7 active trials centered around the RAS signaling pathways. The 'lead from the front' leadership team is looking to add a Vice President to lead Clinical Development, while the CMO focuses on partnerships and the inevitable expansion of the medical group. In this role, you will lead the clinical development pipeline, working with all phase 1 programs, guiding them through registration, and managing a team of direct reporting physician scientists and clinical scientists. You will own the development vertical and ideally, will act as a hands-on leader.
Qualifications:
MD (or equivalent) with a background and industry focus in Oncology.
10 years of industry development experience.
Experience with solid tumors and small molecules.
Experience with NDA submissions within oncology.
Experience in managing MD teams.
Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology.
