Associate Director, R&D Program Management

This person will play a key role in organizing and advancing critical R&D programs, facilitating timely and impactful decisions, and developing project and portfolio strategy. This person will also need to have a passion for mentoring junior members of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project leaders, provide operational support for the clients exploratory research, drug discovery, and early development programs.
• Provide strategic and operational project planning, risk mitigation, team and meeting management, and coordination of decision-making.
• Lead diverse initiatives to improve the clients R&D operations and execution, as needed.

Requirements:

• Advanced Scientific degree with 10 years of experience.
• Significant team leadership pr program management experience on multiple IND filings and early stage clinical program (CRUCIAL).
• Significant experience as a program manager or scientist on drug discovery and or target id programs.
• Oncology experience preferred but not necessary.
