Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, conduct and support clinical trials for the products and technology
• Responsibility for distributors and negotiations
• Deliver presentations, perform product demonstrations, installation and service, plus support to doctors and pharmacists in defined markets.
• Customer feedback support
• Train employees as well as potential external customers on the clinical benefit of the client's technology.
• Assist with the development of training material for company products.
• Support and work closely with the network of KOL members in Europe
• Assist marketing with trade shows
• Evaluate new products and provide information and feedback to the business development and marketing teams
• Provide competitive information to marketing and sales management

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a clinical discipline
• Knowledge of diagnostic dyes and contrast agents
• Experience in preparing, conducting clinical trials, training and supporting customers' needs and requirements and the ability to drive sales
• Customer service skills with experience in relationship/team building
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; previous training experience
• Demonstrated skills in providing solutions, problem solving/troubleshooting and decision making
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong verbal/written communication skills in German and English
• Ability to travel (25-50% of the time)
