As a competent contact for IT business processes, you can be an asset to a global, leading biopharmaceutical company. In this position you will be the interface between IT, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Collaborate with different functions such as Technology Development, Production, and QA to execute the digital strategy, and increase operational excellence
  • Work together with business stakeholders to understand their objectives from a global standpoint in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee design workshops for the improvement of business requirements while taking the big picture into account
  • Manage different stakeholders and work closely with them to determine appropriate solutions
  • Cooperate with solutions delivery team, data experts, and applications management team to provide best-in-class digital solutions
  • Work in cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integrations and support our business process application environment
  • Organise sustainable and scalable support processes to aid our customers

This is what the position offers you:

  • Type of contract: indefinite + full time
  • Vacation: 30 days / year
  • Working hours: 40 hours / week
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • 2 days / week remote work

This completes your profile:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience with business process, regulatory and IT-Systems in pharma or medical devices
  • Strong sense of business processes in Life Science with a practical attitude
  • Experience in Design Thinking
  • Integration expertise with MES, ERP, DMS, LIMS, or other solutions is an advantage
  • Experience in GxP regulations and CSV
  • Working autonomously yet involve colleagues and stakeholders to get alignment
  • Manage contradictory priorities in a regulated environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills as well as strong will to learn
  • Fluent in German and English
