Responsible for:

• Leads on delivery of successful HTA outcomes (including project management of all submissions) for new medicines in all UK&I markets in collaboration with external and internal partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to day-to-day project manager and ensure client issues are addressed (e.g. provide quality oversight and review of deliverables prior to submission to client, offering guidance or making direct edits as required)
• Influence decision making in alignment with supporting evidence
• Establishes working relationships with all relevant functions
• Key member of the Market Access team
• Engaging NHS Payers and NHS customers
• Develop and manage operational delivery of brand market access programmes and strategies

Experience Required:

• Degree educated with relevant Market Access and Health Technology Appraisal experience
• Proven stake holder engagement
• Knowledge of National and Local Commissioning and funding process for the UK&I
• Proven delivery of robust outcomes
• Excellent decision making skills, even when information is limited to determine risk based outcomes.
• Understanding the impact of NHS structures
• Excellent communication skills
