Principal Scientist Genome Engineering/Molecular Biology
A fast-growing Cambridge based biotech specializing in the cell coding is currently looking for an experienced Senior Scientist Molecular Biology. As a Sr Scientist you will be responsible for leading the efforts in technology development and custom iPS cell line generation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of scientists
* Designing and executing genome engineering strategies
* Working hand in hand with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
* Consulting on molecular biology and gene synthesis strategies
About you:
* A go-to person for genome editing
* A team-player
* An expert in molecular biology and genome engineering with strong skills in advanced cloning and CRISPR edited mammalian cell line design and generation
Essential experience:
* Proven leader with minimum 3-5 years of postdoc experience in the biotech industry
* A track record of leading successful projects
* PhD + Industry Experience
* Deep knowledge of CRISPR mammalian cell line design and generation
* Broad Molecular Biology Skills
* NGS experience
* High throughput genetic screening
* Possibly Experience with iPSCs
