Job Description

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming email/fax/written responses to product recalls
  • Follow up with internal Sales representatives and hospital staff regarding outstanding product recall responses, product returns and requests for information via telephone / email / letter
  • Entering data into the internal Complaint Handling System
  • Arranging courier collections
  • Work with Warehouse returns department to track and monitor returned product using internal database and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with customer services regarding product replacements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resourceful, proactive and tenacious
  • Ability to use own initiative and judgment
  • Excellent task management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Flexible, can do approach
  • Experienced with Excel and Word
  • Strong level of responsibility and ownership
