You will be reporting to the Co-founder and CTO of the company and work closely alongside their prestigious team of Computational Scientists and Data Scientists.

In this role, the main responsibilities will be:

  • Utilize and apply next-generation computational methods, such as structural / physical modeling, ML, and data science approaches to help advance internal drug discovery programs across various modalities.

  • Expand internal ML capability, capacity, and applications.

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Advanced degree in statistics, computer science, data science, computational biology, or closely related field.

  • 4+ years of experience following graduation and exposure to industry setting (working with life sciences informatics).

  • Strong ability in a programming language (Python or R) and SQL.

  • Expertise in ML libraries (SKLearn or Caret) and ML platforms (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

  • Experience with statistical analysis or bioinformatics/genomics tools (GATK, BEDtools, VCFtools, STAR aligner, DEseq) and databases is highly desirable.
