SciPro are working with an exciting, privately owned pharmaceutical company who are looking for an experienced Head of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs to be based in the UK. You will be leading an experienced team of regulatory and clinical professionals, working strategically whilst remaining operational to spearhead regulatory strategy development and drive regulatory submissions for their existing commercial products, and across new product development.

The company are a successful, independent business who are developing and marketing leading treatments across primary and secondary care. Senior Validation Engineer (Contract) Location: Van Nuys Area Role Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Engineer for a temporary onsite role. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Engineering, you'll support our quality engineering team with documentation and validation tasks for automation projects. You'll also draft design specifications, conduct validation testing, and collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Draft and review documentation, including user requirements, design specifications, and testing protocols. Conduct hands-on validation for automation projects and address protocol discrepancies. Work with internal departments and external vendors to establish schedules and coordinate validation activities. Attend project meetings and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders. Perform project management tasks and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or cell therapy industries. The person selected with join a rapidly growing and well-funded organization changing the scientific landscape across a variety of different modalities and indications.   Responsibilities: Help progress drug discovery projects by applying computational tools to invent and advance compounds that have a higher probability of becoming successful drugs. Support small molecule and biologics lead identification and optimization programs using various methods encompassing all computational aspects of drug discovery. design of high throughput screening libraries to support hit finding development of innovative computational methods data analysis and visualization to support multiparameter compound optimization application of machine learning Drive a “predict-first” culture in molecule design that impacts decision making on programs. Create and lead computational methods to study conformationally flexible proteins, identify novel binding sites, and ligand selectivity.   Qualifications: PhD in computational chemistry or related with 4+ years relevant experience Deep understanding of computational biophysical approaches, e.g. molecular dynamics, enhanced sampling methods, free energy calculation and quantum mechanics.
