We are supporting them on their search for a Senior Director, HEOR who will lead strategic planning and execution of HEOR initiatives in EMEA, to demonstrate the value of the company's products and expedite patient access.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in HEOR research with demonstrable success in implementing strategies to support HTA submissions across Europe. You will be a leader within the organisation, able to work independently as the sole representative of HEOR in Europe, whilst remaining collaborative, engaging a breadth of stakeholders across multiple functions within the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HEOR strategies to support patient access in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet evidence needs.
  • Support HTA submissions and local adaptations of global HEOR dossiers.
  • Align HEOR initiatives with business needs and manage the EMEA HEOR budget.

Key Experience:

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MPH) in healthcare, life sciences, or health economics.
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR and/or market access.
  • Proven experience in executing HEOR strategies for HTA submissions in the EU.
