The Role


As the first commercial hire, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, targeting biotech and pharmaceutical companies. This is a unique opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up, with a clear path to a Head of Sales role as they scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with biotech and big pharma partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and build lasting client relationships
  • Work closely with the founders to refine pricing and sales strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in life sciences, SaaS, or health tech)
  • Strong track record in business development and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about building something from scratch
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient access to treatments
