SciPro is exclusively partnered with an exciting early-stage HealthTech company building the next generation of AI-powered clinic operations.

Clinician-founded, their platform uses multiple interconnected AI agents to automate administrative and operational tasks across the entire patient journey, allowing clinicians to focus on what matters, patient care.

They are seeking a Product Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of their Phone Agent, bringing full-stack, production-grade software engineering and Voice AI expertise to develop the product and build upon technology that is already being used in real clinical environments.

You will work closely with customers and clients in this rare opportunity to advance and take full ownership of a critical product already making an impact in healthcare settings.

The role will involve:

• Owning the Phone Agent roadmap from development through to production
• Building real-time voice AI systems handling patient interactions
• Developing backend services, integrations, and scalable infrastructure
• Improving reliability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI workflows
• Working closely with the founders and technical teams to translate customer needs into product improvements

They are looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Voice AI, telephony, streaming, conversational agents, or real-time audio systems (LiveKit or PipeCat is a strong plus)
• Production-grade full-stack engineering (Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/Express, PostgreSQL)
• A strong product mindset, caring about how technology is used, not just how it is built
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up environments
