As a member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play an active role in driving growth across the DACH region—our most important market. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, guiding them from initial contact through to the successful day-to-day use of our product.
Customer Onboarding
Coordinating the delivery and commissioning of our system at customer sites (hospitals, clinics, and private practices)
Organizing and conducting training sessions to ensure a smooth launch
Customer Success
Building long-term customer relationships and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system usage
Monitoring and fostering customers' technical and clinical proficiency
Helping to organize and facilitate user group meetings and workshops at congresses, while encouraging peer-to-peer exchange
Customer Support
Providing first-level technical support to quickly resolve customer inquiries
Acting as a liaison between customers and our global technical support team
Remote position based in Germany – approximately one-third of your time will be spent on-site with customers (95% within Germany). Regular travel to congresses and occasional trips to our headquarters.
Profile
You have at least three years of experience in a comparable role—such as Application Specialist, Customer Experience, or Technical Support—or have completed relevant internships in medical technology or healthcare.
You are a native German speaker and are also confident communicating in a professional context in English or French.
You possess extensive knowledge of medical technology and quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
You deliver compelling presentations and conduct training sessions that are clear, understandable, and tailored to the target audience.
You stand out thanks to your strong interpersonal skills and medical expertise.
You work independently and systematically, finding pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
