Founder Tom Glanfield opens Lawrence Harvey Search & Selection. After overwhelming success in the Life Science space, this would eventually lead to the creation of our specialist Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences brand.

The first international office opened in Munich, Germany in 2014 with German nationals at the helm bringing a whole new dimension to our life sciences offering.

Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences becomes SciPro. Rebranding from Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences to SciPro was the start of the business forming into four specialist, future-focused, independent brands. Stepping out from under the Lawrence Harvey brand allowed SciPro to really stand out and differentiate as a partner of choice within the life sciences industry.

SciPro opens in LA, second in the US. With the phenomenal success of the New York office, our second US office, this time on the West Coast, was opened in 2017.

SciPro, part of LHi Group, cleaned up at the Best Companies awards. In the Best Companies To Work For list, LHi Group were named #1 Best recruitment company to work for in London and placed 6th in the whole of the UK.

SciPro becomes an employee owned business. In May 2022, we put in place an EOT (Employee Ownership Trust), meaning that every single employee of SciPro, and LHi Group, is a stakeholder and beneficiary.
