SciPro is partnering with a healthtech company that has built the nation's first virtual cancer clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led, multidisciplinary cancer care to patients across all 50 states. Their guideline-based model spans the full continuum of cancer care, from screening, risk assessment, and prevention through diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship, alongside cancer genetics, nutrition, mental health support, and at-home screening diagnostics. They partner with employers, unions, health plans, and governments to close critical gaps in cancer care and guide patients through their journeys with empathy.

They're scaling their clinical leadership team and looking for a board-certified Medical Oncologist to help shape how virtual, guideline-concordant cancer care is delivered at scale.

The Role

Reporting to the Medical President and working closely with the executive team, you'll deliver evidence-based oncology care via telehealth while building the care models, protocols, and multidisciplinary structures that expand access to guideline-concordant care. This is a clinical leadership seat for a physician who wants to reimagine cancer care and drive data-informed population health, all without stepping away from patients. The role is built to keep you clinically active, with room to maintain a small external practice if staying hands-on in clinic matters to you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered oncology care via telehealth (video, phone, and asynchronous messaging), including evaluation, diagnosis, and management aligned to ASCO, NCCN, and other guidelines
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics, manage referrals and prescriptions, and directly manage select anti-cancer therapies in collaboration with local treating teams
• Lead multidisciplinary tumor board discussions and consult with internal and external sub-specialists across surgical and radiation oncology, palliative care, primary care, and beyond
• Partner closely with oncology nurses, advanced practice providers, dietitians, mental health professionals, and care advocates on coordinated care plans
• Oversee care delivery by employed and contracted clinicians to ensure consistent, timely, high-quality care
• Lead the development and refinement of clinical protocols and best practices, and drive quality assurance through chart review, outcomes analysis, and continuous improvement
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and client teams to scale high-quality care, including occasional engagement with clients

What We're Looking For

• M.D. or D.O., board-certified in Medical Oncology (hematology/oncology dual certification welcome)
• Active medical license in good standing, with willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (IMLC state licensure a plus)
• 3-5+ years of independent, multidisciplinary oncology practice post-fellowship, with expertise across multiple cancer types
• Demonstrated experience building or redesigning clinical programs
• Comfort with telehealth technologies and EHR systems
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience collaborating with product, technology, or operations teams a plus
