Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.

We were initially engaged by BMS in late 2019, on a one-off Search within the Biostatistics group. The AD, Biostatistics role within your Immunology group had been open for 9 months, and so we were given the opportunity to deliver against this Search. We successfully filled the Search, with the whole process taking 7 weeks, from role qualification, through interview process and having the candidate start with them.

Our relationship developed further in early 2020 following the acquisition of Celgene. In short, there were numerous gaps within R&D, and so SciPro served to support with the filling of a variety of Searches across numerous geographies. To date we have filled 50x Searches!
