COO/CFO - SaaS Scale-Up

We are partnering with a rapidly growing healthtech company to hire a COO/CFO to join their executive team. This is a critical requirement for a strategic leader with deep financial expertise and operational acumen to help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

What we're looking for:

We need someone who brings both vision and execution - a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency while steering financial strategy and fundraising efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Corporate Finance & Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in managing fundraising rounds (VC/private equity), investor relations, and cap table management.
  • SaaS Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn), subscription models, and unit economics.
  • FP&A & Financial Control: Robust experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, and internal controls.
  • Operational Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional teams (finance, HR, ops) and scaling international operations.
  • High-Growth Environment: Background in high-growth SaaS/tech businesses, ideally at Series A/B/C stages.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local compliance, tax, and legal frameworks.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Location: Based in Portugal or open to relocating.
