Global Business Analyst Manager (f/m/d)
Global Commercial Insights - Pharmaceutical Industry - Full-time - Hybrid & Onsite Options

As a Business Intelligence Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in advancing our global business intelligence activities. Working closely with our international commercial teams, you will provide decision-making foundations, analyze complex market dynamics, and actively contribute to strategic direction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and further develop a global BI framework
  • Analyze relevant market trends, competitive activities, and stakeholder behavior in the international pharmaceutical landscape
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives
  • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations
  • Develop and implement modern dashboards and analytics tools to support forecasting, budget planning, and KPI measurement
  • Collaborate with Brand Management, Market Access, and other key functions to identify growth opportunities

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a comparable field (Bachelor's required; MBA/PhD )
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Market Research
  • Leadership experience in cross functional, international "above-country" teams is highly beneficial (dotted line leadership)
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and interfaces in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a self-driven work style
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage (min. B1)
