An MD or equivalent clinical background is preferred but not strictly required. This person will guide product and operational strategy, provide clinical insight for decision-making, and help scale solutions that improve patient outcomes and optimize provider workflows.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute clinical strategies that align with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities. Serve as a clinical advisor for product, operations, and business teams, providing insight into healthcare trends, guidelines, and clinical best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate new digital health solutions. Lead evidence generation initiatives, including clinical studies, pilots, and real-world data analysis to support product value and adoption. Ensure clinical initiatives comply with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, other applicable standards). Experience in a healthtech startup environment is required. Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and patient care standards.
