SciPro are partnered with an exciting pharmaceutical company about to embark on the next phase of their evolution. We are supporting them on a search for a National Nurse Advisor and this newly created role is a key part of the commercial strategy, focused on supporting existing key accounts and ensuring patients are maintained safely and effectively on treatment.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, bringing clinical credibility and a patient-centred approach to account management. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new position within the business and contribute to its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and other HCPs, ensuring all activities comply with ABPI and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver account plans and ensure effective use of company products.
  • Lead and develop patient support programmes to improve initiation, adherence, and outcomes.

Key Experience

  • Minimum 3 years as a nurse within the NHS or similar healthcare environment
  • Experience in account management and/or patient support roles in pharma or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to engage HCPs, manage key accounts, and work autonomously in a field-based role.
