Account Executive

We are looking for a AE to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers across the DACH region. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in building the sales pipeline and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted research.

  • Build and manage a pipeline within your assigned territory.

  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and current processes.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach and messaging.

  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to support go-to-market initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating qualified sales opportunities.

  • Building a healthy pipeline and meeting activity targets.

  • Creating positive first impressions with prospective customers.

  • Developing strong market and customer knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, recruitment, hospitality, healthcare, or similar environments.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging decision-makers.

  • Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

  • Native-level German and professional English proficiency.
