Hiring: Medical Affairs Project Manager - EMEA

SciPro is partnered exclusively with a global biopharmaceutical company seeking a highly organised Medical Affairs Project Manager to support EMEA-wide initiatives. This is a critical role driving operational excellence across medical plans, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination to bring innovative rare disease treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management and tracking of the EMEA Medical Affairs Plan, ensuring timely reporting and alignment with global processes.

  • Act as the single point of contact between EMEA Medical and global/internal stakeholders, supporting insights collection, tool deployment, and operational alignment.

  • Drive the coordination and execution of regional medical meetings, congress planning, and vendor management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and 7+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, VEEVA CRM, and MS Office; experience in matrixed, multicultural teams preferred.
