Clinical Project Manager (Hybrid)

A fast‑growing, AI‑powered scaleup that supports clinical trials is looking for a Clinical Project Manager. The company has transitioned from research to offering full‑service imaging CRO support, and this hire is needed to manage a growing portfolio of commercial studies.

Role overview

  • Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to align project goals and requirements.

  • Manage clinical imaging projects from initiation through close‑out, acting as the main contact.

  • Track timelines, deliverables and budgets, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.

  • Work closely with clinical operations, data and machine‑learning teams, taking on documentation and process‑improvement tasks as needed.

  • Ensure studies comply with GCP, data‑privacy regulations and the organisation's quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least three years' project‑management experience in a clinical trials environment; imaging‑CRO experience preferred.

  • Ability to juggle multi‑site studies, budgets and stakeholder relationships.

  • Knowledge of ICH‑GCP and ISO‑based quality systems, plus strong communication skills.

  • Flexible, proactive attitude, with readiness to tackle hands‑on tasks.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); project‑management certification is a bonus.
