SciPro is partnered with a consulting firm seeking a Principal, Market Access to lead and expand its market access practice, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech clients from Phase II through launch to shape payer strategy, readiness planning, and value communication. This leader will refine service offerings, oversee client deliverables, and drive business development by leveraging strong client relationships and deep knowledge of the payer and pricing landscape. The role requires the ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations while managing and mentoring teams to execute high-quality deliverables that support launch and in-line product success. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and expand market access service offerings.
  • Lead client engagements on payer strategy, pricing, and access insights.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in life sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical market access, including 5+ in consulting.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of payer, pricing, and access strategy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
