Customer Success Manager - Netherlands
We're partnered with a fast-growing healthtech company building AI tools to help clinicians make better decisions. The AI platform is already being used in leading hospitals and were now on the hunt for an exceptional Customer Success leader to join the team to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and real-world impact.
About the role
You'll be the primary point of contact for clinical teams in the Netherlands, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. You'll coordinate projects end-to-end, monitor progress, share user insights with the product team, and support expansion discussions.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding, training, and day-to-day user support
Build strong relationships with clinical and operational users
Track success metrics and address blockers quickly
Gather feedback to improve workflows and product adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pilots meet their goals
About you
2-5 years' experience in customer success, implementation, or healthcare delivery
Comfortable working with hospitals, clinicians, or digital health tools
Strong organisational and communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Able to manage multiple projects in parallel
