Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with healthcare organisations across priority regions

Support new business development and expansion of existing partnerships

Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients

Guide clinical teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing support

Collaborate with legal, product, and commercial teams to progress agreements
-
Represent the organisation at industry meetings, events, and conferences
-
Feed market insights into product, regulatory, and go-to-market strategy

Help develop scalable customer success processes to drive adoption and value
Requirements
-
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles within health-tech, med-tech, or SaaS
-
Comfortable engaging with clinical, commercial, and technical stakeholders
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Understanding of European healthcare systems is advantageous
-
Interest in AI-driven technologies in healthcare
-
Able to work independently in fast-paced environments
-
Willingness to travel as required
