Overview
Join a health-tech organisation developing an AI-powered clinical assistant designed to support clinicians in navigating complex patient data, diagnostics, and care pathways. This role will focus on shaping and executing commercial strategy as the business scales from early deployments into a broader platform offering within real-world clinical environments.
Responsibilities

Define and execute commercial and go-to-market strategy

Build relationships with clinical organisations and strategic partners

Lead early-stage deals from sourcing through to negotiation and close

Develop stakeholder-specific value propositions across the care ecosystem

Translate market insights into product and pricing strategy

Establish the foundations of a scalable commercial function
Looking For
-
5–10 years’ experience in commercial roles within healthcare or regulated tech environments

Strong understanding of healthcare decision-making structures
-
Experience selling AI-driven or platform-based solutions
-
Ability to operate strategically and close early-stage opportunities

Comfortable engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience building or scaling commercial teams (desirable)
